• After receiving the product, please check whether the product model and quantity are correct
• Confirm whether the product packaging is intact, whether there is damage scratch and other problems
• If there are no above problems, sign for confirmation

If the customer fails to contact us within 3 days after receipt of the goods (subject to the time of waybill receipt), we shall consider that the customer has received the goods and has no objection.

Products rejected

In the product acceptance, if you find the damage of the outer packaging and other problems, please point out to the distribution personnel, and refuse to accept on the spot, and please indicate the situation on the receipt

Please contact our customer service immediately after rejection, in order to clarify the responsibility of the problem!
